BEAR kids CAMP
July 22-26, 2019
New structure this year!
The Bear Kids Camp will be divided and run as two separate camps this year - Bear Camp (girls, 3rd-8th grade) & Cub Camp (boys & girls, ages 5-8).
In each camp, campers will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and learn the fundamentals of basketball through a variety of drills and games. Bears & Cubs will also compete in Free Throw, Hot Shot, and 1 on 1 contests.
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and a Sack pack.
University of Northern Colorado Campus Recreation Center Gyms
Open Now! Register by July 1st to guarantee a spot.

What to Bring:
LUNCH, Marked Water Bottle, Money for Concessions, Lots of Energy!

Optional Swim time will be available each day for both camps in the university's swimming pool. Lifeguards will be on duty. Please plan accordingly and bring swimsuit, towel, and floaties (if needed).
Please be sure to purchase a $5 parking pass at the kiosk as you enter Lot M if you plan to stay and watch your camper.
Daily Theme for cub CamP:
Monday - Wild Hair day
Tuesday - Crazy sock day
Wednesday - Cookie day
Thursday - Popsicle day
Friday - Mascot & super hero day
Bear Camp is offered to girls entering 3rd-8th grades and will be divided into two separate leagues (3rd-5th & 6th-8th). Camp will run from 8:00am-4:00pm each day.
Fee: $125/week or $30/day
Cub camp is offered to girls and boys between 5 and 8 years old and will provide lower, age-appropriate baskets for participants as well a pool time. Camp will run from 8:30am-3:30pm each day.
Fee: $100/week or $20/day*
*Early drop off (beginning at 7:30am) and After Care (3:30pm-5:30pm) also provided for an additional $5/hour.
